Reporting and Resolution:
Anyone experiencing or witnessing discrimination or harassment should report it to event organizers or designated board members. All reports will be taken seriously and addressed promptly.

Violations may result in:
Warnings
Removal from events
Suspension or termination of participation
Revocation of partnerships
